How to Cope with Missing My Family

  1. Cry it Out... It's obvious I have to adjust with them being gone, so I need to cry it all out, before moving on... Cry in Prayer, Cry in Sleep, Cry in Eating, just simply Crying... not more than 3 days....
  2. Talk to them on facebook, text message, phone calls, Skype, and other social network ways... Hearing there voice brings you to Reality that they are alright and okay...
  3. Make an Album of all the memories and moments you shared together that really were priceless and unforgettable.
  4. Write a Journal or Blog in your Family Facebook or Blog... others might be going through similar pains or unfortunate circumstances and have ways to cope or can cope and gain happiness together.
  5. Make a Web Video or Broadcast... This totally takes the tension and pain when you see how you really look miserable.
  6. Make a List of Things to Do or Set Goals for that are short-term (maybe 3 months) Plan out next Visit, Activities, Family Prayers and Fasting, etc. Don't wait for others to do it... Take Charge... Plan it Out and they will Come : )
  7. Time wait for No Man or Woman, so Live Life to the Fullest, Knowing that You Will Always Have a Father in Heaven that Loves You, A Savior that Died for You, the Holy Ghost to Comfort You, and Family and Loved Ones that will Always Support You.
  8. Have a Hobby and get involved with Extra Curricular Activities... Service for Others, Heals the Heart, because there are others who are going through far worse circumstances than you...
  9. PRAY in FAITH, HOPE, and LOVE... With GOD, Everything and Anything is Possible... Do Your Best and Leave the Rest in His Hands...
  10. I Love You, We Love, and HE Loves You!
